Founded in 2007, Cloudgoose Biology Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a private high-tech enterprise with independent R & D capability and modern management level. The company has GMP processing workshop which has passed the national medical device certification and US FDA, and stable quality control system. It has won many provincial and municipal science and technology key research support projects and 12 national patents. The company has been awarded the titles of "Guangdong Province contract abiding enterprise", "Guangzhou Science and technology innovation small giant enterprise".

The Cleanote Saline Nasal Spray developed by the company has adopted the unique NAMINT technology and obtained the national invention patent. The product has been widely praised by clinicians and patients after it was put into the market. At present, the users have spread over more than 3000 medical institutions in China. The product has also obtained the certificate of high-tech products of Guangdong Province in 2016.
