The children’s version (60ml)has a gentler spray, while the adult version (100ml)delivers a larger spray volume.

Both children and adults can use Cleanote in the posture they find most comfortable — slightly tilting the head up or down is fine. Just make sure not to turn the Cleanote bottle upside down during use.
